Medical Technician (TMS) / Patient Advocate

Our state-of-the-art, independent treatment centers are dedicated to offering mental health professionals and their patients one of the most advanced non-invasive treatment options available. 

We are seeking a TMS Technician to join our growing team. This individual will be trained to administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of our treating physician(s). The role involves direct patient care, clinical services, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 

• Administer TMS treatments to patients (training provided). 
• Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy, how it works, and what to expect. 
• Provide a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions. 
• Manage patient records and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. 
• Schedule patient appointments and assist with lead management. 
• Follow established clinical protocols and office procedures. 
• Report key patient data and activity metrics to the center manager. 
• Perform light administrative duties to support clinic operations. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Two or more years of experience in a related healthcare role (CNA, CMT, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Ultrasound, Radiology, Dialysis, Pharmacy Tech, etc.). 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management software. 
• Experience working with patients in a clinical setting. 
• Ability to address patient symptoms and conditions professionally. 
• Experience with soft marketing, administrative clerical work, or patient education. 
• Previous experience operating a medical/mechanical device (preferred but not required). 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Psychology preferred). 
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR). 
• Basic knowledge of medical insurance processes. 
• Clinical interviewing experience. 
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, but scheduling may vary based on patient needs.
