Medical Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient laboratory testing for all patient types.
  

• Conduct a variety of waived to high-complexity tests in compliance with regulations.
  

• Participate in quality control, equipment maintenance, and process improvements.
  

• Prioritize workloads to meet patient care demands in a timely manner.
  

• Uphold safety and compliance standards while ensuring excellent patient service.
  

• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in laboratory technology, chemical, or biological sciences (or equivalent experience) 
  

• MediClear Certification (or equivalent) required.
  

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $30 – $40/hour, plus shift differentials ($3/hr evenings, $6/hr nights).
