Medical Technologist

Talent Consultants is looking for a skilled and reliable Medical Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a vital role in conducting laboratory tests that assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of test results while maintaining a high level of safety and quality control in the laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses in areas including Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and Microbiology.

- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment, monitor performance, and troubleshoot any issues.

- Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.

- Document and maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss test results and assist with patient care outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.

Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) by ASCP or equivalent.

Experience in laboratory settings with proficiency in commonly used laboratory tests and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.

Ability to adhere to strict guidelines and protocols to maintain accuracy and safety in testing.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
