Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 hrs/Nights
Pay: $2185/week

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The Med Surg/Telemetry RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and coordinating treatment plans across a variety of medical needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit with telemetry monitoring.


• Assess, monitor, and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.


• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.


• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.


• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.


• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in WI


• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing


• Basic Life Support (BLS)


• COVID vaccine, recent TB test
