What You'll Do
Handle inbound Medicare sales calls and client inquiries
Educate clients on Medicare plan options and guide them through enrollment decisions
Build trust with prospects and deliver a high-quality customer experience
Accurately document sales activity and client interactions
Maintain compliance with carrier and CMS guidelines
Build and grow a renewing book of business
Who We're Looking For
Experienced Medicare sales agents with a proven track record of performance
Must have successfully completed at least one full Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) as a Medicare agent
Active resident Health insurance license required
Prior Medicare sales experience required
Strong communication skills and confidence handling high-volume inbound calls
Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
Reliable home office setup with stable internet and ability to work remotely without interruption
