Medicare Member Enrollment Coordinator

Hiring a Fully Remote Member Enrollment Representative for a Large and Growing Healthcare Insurance Company. The team is looking for Candidates with experience as a Member Service Representative with Medicaid or Medicare knowledge!

**Fully remote but Candidates must be located in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and Idaho!

Description:

-Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Government and/or Commercial member eligibility records

-Providing phone support, resolve eligibility discrepancies and questions.

-Provides support and expertise for one or more lines of business and/or business processes.

-Runs and distributes eligibility audit queries.

-Will help with escalated phone calls on Medicaid team

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Medicaid/CHIP knowledge or experience

-Experience with member enrollment / open enrollment

-Navigating multiple systems

-Working with or tracking various pieces of eligibility information, benefit information, or employee data
