Medication Adherence Pharmacy Technician

We Are Looking For

A Pharmacy Technician who will play a personal role within our community to ensure that our patients receive the medication and care that they need through our medication support program, Sona Access. This position will work under a licensed pharmacist's direct supervision to provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients and filling prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Provides concierge-level patient care and customer service
• Appropriately create and fill 7-day adherence packaging for medications
• Conduct care calls with patients in a friendly and effective way
• Participate in all aspects of the fulfillment process, including working with robot technology
• Develop relationships with patients and suggest services that may be beneficial
• Assist patients with questions and offer Pharmacist consultations
• Perform monthly care calls to ensure successful medication management 

Requirements

What will you need to succeed?

• Previous retail pharmacy or long-term care pharmacy experience
• Excel in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented and highly organized
• Team player
• CPhT license is a plus but not required
