What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records

  
  


• 
  

  Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly

  
  


• 
  

  Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity

  
  


• 
  

  Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members

  
  


• 
  

  Help create a positive, welcoming environment for our residents

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification

  
  


• 
  

  Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with seniors

  
  


• 
  

  Strong verbal and written communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing quality care

  
  


• 
  

  Availability to work evenings, every other weekend, and holidays as scheduled
