What You'll Do

  Medication Support: Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.

  
  


• 
  

  Accurate Documentation: Keep medication administration records complete, accurate, and up to date.

  Resident Well-Being: Watch for changes or concerns and promptly communicate them to nursing staff.

  Daily Care: Assist residents with daily needs while encouraging independence, dignity, and comfort.
