What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document medication administration

  
  


• 
  

  Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff

  
  


• 
  

  Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

  
  


• 
  

  Help create a caring, supportive environment for everyone in our community

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or other required Nebraska medication aide credential

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and basic computer skills

  
  


• 
  

  Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
