Larmax Homes is hiring Certified Medication Technicians (Floaters) who are

What You’ll Do
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per resident care plans
• Accurately document medication administration and update resident charts
• Observe residents and promptly report any changes to the care team
 • Coordinate medication deliveries and orders with pharmacies
• Support residents with daily living activities and emotional well-being
• Participate in wellness and engagement programs with residents
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, Med Techs, and supervisors to ensure quality care

What You’ll Need
• Current CMT license in the state of Virginia
• Valid CNA/GNA certification per Virginia regulations
• CPR and First Aid certification (must be current)
• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or medication assistance preferred
• Experience in Memory Care or Assisted Living a strong plus
