You'll help residents receive safe, attentive medication support while enjoying a flexible schedule with shifts based on community needs and your availability. What You’ll Do

  Assist with Medications: Safely assist residents with medications in accordance with California regulations, physician orders, and community policies.

  Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication assistance clearly and accurately.

  Monitor Well-Being: Observe residents for changes or concerns and report them promptly.

  
  


• 
  

  Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.

  Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

  Create a Positive Environment: Bring compassion, patience, and positive energy to each shift.

  
  

What You’ll Bring

  Medication Training: Meet applicable California training requirements for staff who assist residents with medications.

  Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.

  Basic Computer Skills: Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.
