Join the team at Mediterraneo! We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our fine dining restaurant. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, has keen attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting
• Cook menu items in accordance with our recipes and plating guidelines
• Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection and meet our high-quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and proper food handling
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume orders with precision
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English proficiently
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
