Essential Job Duties:
Conduct thorough patient consultations, presenting services and packages in a way that aligns with clients' needs and goals. Drive sales of services, packages, and retail products, ensuring clients understand the value of ongoing care.
Actively seek and convert new leads through phone, web, email, and in-person interactions. Implement effective follow-up strategies to increase client conversion rates.
Train team members on best practices for patient consultations, upselling, and lead conversion. Establish and maintain sales protocols that promote a positive, service-driven approach to client interactions.
Oversee the front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless experience from scheduling to rescheduling, while monitoring daily bookings to optimize the clinic’s schedule for revenue generation.
Manage payroll accuracy, monitor financial metrics, track expenses, and assist in revenue projections. Pull KPIs, create monthly scorecards, and review them with the team to drive improvements and achieve sales goals.
Create growth and development plans for team members, supporting their professional goals and enhancing their sales and service skills.
Ensure patient satisfaction by maintaining high standards for patient interactions and care. Address any client concerns swiftly to maintain client trust and loyalty.
Coordinate with the marketing and social media team to plan promotional activities, drive patient volume, and increase revenue. Provide insights on service and product promotions based on client feedback and market trends.
Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA, to maintain a safe and compliant clinic environment.
Act as a liaison for technology and equipment implementation, and work with the Practice Lead and Operations team to develop and implement policies for efficient clinic operations.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Two+ years of leadership experience, preferably multi-unit
Ability to act with integrity, be proactive with client needs, seek to continuously improve service, and work collaboratively with the entire team
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Two+ years’ experience in a beauty enhancement environment such as a med spa, salon with spa, dermatology or plastic surgery office
