About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable Medical-Surgical RN to join our team. You’ll care for adult patients who are ill, injured, or recovering—working in a patient-centered care model. You’ll use your clinical skills to assess, manage, and deliver care independently, while also collaborating with a supportive and dedicated team.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and assess patient health information

• Work closely with the care team and advocate for patients

• Develop and implement personalized care plans

• Promote patient safety and ensure high-quality care

• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and procedures

• Manage resources efficiently (time, equipment, supplies)

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of recent RN experience required
  (Acute care strongly preferred; LTAC experience considered)

• Florida RN license (or ability to obtain before start)

• Current BLS certification required

• ACLS preferred (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)

• BSN preferred
