This is a full-time, W2 direct hire position offering relocation and sign-on bonuses (case-by-case). Role Snapshot

• Location: Lake City, Florida

• Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

• Salary: $30.00 $42.00/hour (based on experience)

• Bonuses: Relocation & Sign-On (case-by-case)

• Setting: Med-Surg / Acute Care

What Youll Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in a Med-Surg setting

• Monitor patient progress, coordinate treatment, and ensure documentation accuracy

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes

• Support patient education and discharge planning

What Youll Bring

• Active RN license (Florida or compact)

• 13+ years of Med-Surg experience preferred

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

• Compassionate communication and clinical skillset
