Pay: $1940/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The MS Tele RN will care for patients with diverse medical conditions while closely monitoring heart rhythms, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in both med-surg and telemetry nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and provide direct care to patients on telemetry units.
Interpret and respond to cardiac rhythms, reporting abnormalities promptly.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care plans.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions.
Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in compliance with standards.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in NC
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
COVID vaccine, recent TB test
Minimum 1 year of experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing
