*Pay: *$2746.00 per week gross (based on 36 hours).
The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $76.27/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $44/hr, along with a per diem of $32.27/hr.

*Roles & Responsibilities*
* ​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
* Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
* Float as needed - If floating to ICU or ER it would be to care for M/S level patients or be helping hands.

*Certifications & Clearance Requirements*
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
* 1 year minimum experience
* Previous travel experience preferred.
* 2 Professional references
* RN License (NY)
