Full Time: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Senior LIFE is currently seeking a Member Assistant Specialist to fill a full time, permanent, position at Senior LIFE.

Responsibilities of the Member Assistant Specialist:

• Precepting new Home Health Aides to their roles
• Facilitate new hire competencies and education
• Home Care Coverage for open visits
• Helping with participant care in center to include day room coverage and shower assistance
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements of the Member Assistant Specialist:

• Must have a valid Driver's License, vehicle and current auto insurance
• Related experience in the field is required
• Experience working with the elderly population
