Member Engagement Associate

Status: Hourly/Non-exempt

Location: Newark Branch 

Shift/Hours: Full-time, based on business needs. Business hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm, with a day off during the week for working Saturday. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Our MEA's work directly with our members each and every day, they are a strong representation of the credit union and our culture! Reliant Credit Union, ranked one of Rochester's top mid-sized workplaces nine years in a row, is seeking to add an energetic team member for our Newark, NY branch.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Required Training and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous cash handling, sales or customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

• Use keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
• Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
