Job Description - Member Experience Concierge

Position Overview
Westwood Country Club is seeking a warm, polished, and service-focused Member Experience Concierge to elevate the daily experience of our members and their guests. This role serves as a primary point of contact on property—anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and ensuring every visit feels effortless and welcoming. The Concierge will build strong relationships with members, support club programming and events, and act as a liaison across F&B, fitness, racquet sports, aquatics, and guest services to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests upon arrival and provide high-touch, personalized assistance throughout their visit.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for dining reservations, event bookings, activity coordination, and general inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with members to understand preferences and anticipate needs.
  • Support club events by assisting with RSVPs, communication, and onsite hosting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service flow and quick issue resolution.
  • Help maintain a polished and organized lobby/member arrival area.
  • Respond to member feedback and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating member profiles, communications, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, member clubs, or guest relations.
  • Warm, professional, and relationship-driven communication style.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with members.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
