Salary Range: $75,000 + 15% bonus + full benefits. Potential for rapid career growth, accompanied by increased salary and equity compensation.

Flexcar Leadership Pathways (FLP) is a highly selective, fast-track program for high-potential grads and recent grads. In this role in Atlanta, you’ll begin as a Member Experience Manager, the frontline face of Flexcar. We’re all about customers first, so you’ll get hands-on experience supporting our members while gaining a deep understanding of how Flexcar’s operations run behind the scenes. 
After successful performance as a Member Experience Manager, you’ll grow into a General Manager role as GM roles open, and as your progress continues. This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out job—it’s a real investment in your growth as a business leader. You’ll get exposure to operations, finance, marketing, data analytics, and P&L ownership.  It’s intense, it’s fun, and it’s the best real-world business education you can get straight out of college.

Other Details

  • Full-time, in-person role based in the Atlanta Area
  • Start date: Immediately
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Evening, holiday, and weekend availability is required
  • Relocation flexibility required as Flexcar expands
  • Bachelor’s degree


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across the hub: manage fleet readiness, create MC (Member Concierge) schedules, and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships
  • Own the full performance of a Flexcar location — including hiring, training, and leading the Member Concierge team
  • Manage the local P&L, making cost-conscious decisions that impact profitability and drive sustainable growth
  • Ensure consistent execution across service, fleet, member experience, and inventory
  • Monitor and drive KPIs: available inventory, turnaround times, NPS, utilization, cost per mile
  • Ensure an exceptional member experience — clean cars, on-time orders, and 5-star service
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient physical site that meets Flexcar brand standards
  • Collaborate with HQ teams to implement new programs and identify operational improvements
  • Roles at this level may specialize as General Managers or in focused leadership roles like Fleet Manager or Member Experience Manager, depending on skills and business needs
