Member Growth & Success Manager

Position Summary:   We’re looking for a hyper-charismatic community leader to be a driving force behind our high-value member network. In this role, you’ll MC live events, host dynamic virtual sessions, build scalable engagement tools, and create experiences that connect, inspire, and drive results. You’ll work closely with our Program Director to deliver unforgettable events, foster deep relationships, and grow a thriving community of top-tier entrepreneurs and investors.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the face of member engagement — both on stage and online.
• Assist with hosting in-person events, masterminds, and weekly/monthly virtual calls.
• Create and implement tools, playbooks, and systems to scale engagement.
• Organize and attend local meetups; travel to events nationwide.
• Build lasting member relationships and foster high-value connections.
• Partner with leadership to develop creative experiences that drive retention and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in community leadership, event management, or high-touch client engagement.
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or PE-backed company leadership support strongly preferred.
• Exceptional hosting and public speaking skills (both virtual and live).
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging events and community programs.
• Willingness to travel frequently for events and meetups.
