Member Outreach Representative

Seeking candidates for a Member Outreach Representative - Quality Measures position for our Healthcare client in Newport Beach, California.

Our client is Citrus Valley Physicians Group, a boutique Independent Physicians Association, contracting directly with Health Plans to provide both inpatient and outpatient care through our network of contracted physicians. We are seeking someone who is passionate about patient care and quality.

Position Overview:
The member outreach representative will assist in patient coordination to complete Health Plan(s) Part C HEDIS measures, Part D Health Plan(s) measures, attend and participate in Health Plan meetings (both remotely and in person), work with employees on quality measures, collaborate with our medical corporations providers and their office staff, and engage directly with Health Plan members to achieve optimal health plan ratings.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $22 per hour / Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Bonus: Annual bonus potential based on established criteria

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily spreadsheets and provide weekly reports of outreach activities and results to the CEO.
• Work efficiently both at the corporate office and remotely, as needed.
• Use medical programs and portals effectively following training.
• Achieve key performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 2+ years healthcare experience
• Completion of a Medical Assistant degree or higher. Verification is required upon hire.
• Experienced in patient outreach, engagement, intake, medical reception and/or customer service
• Ability to work well within a team and provide detailed reporting
• Excellent communication skills

In office at Newport Beach location.
