Member Service Representative

 As a Member Service Representative, you will play a key role the credit union philosophy "People Helping People", serving as a source of information to fulfill members or potential members’ inquiries. Ensuring the highest quality of exceptional member service.

• Be accountable for “first-class®” member services,
• Assist prospective members in processing membership applications whether in person or electronic,
• Match an individual’s needs to credit union products and services,
• Handles member account inquiries and problems, (i.e. stop payment, wires, NSF checks, address changes, funds transfer request, payroll direct deposit - changes; inquiries and terminations, and miscellaneous member service duties),
• Provides effective administrative support for loan processing activities

**Candidate should be willing to travel to other branches to assist with staffing needs and be willing to work Saturdays 9am - 1pm, if necessary**
