This position is located in our South Lafayette branch.

What You'll Do

• Interview loan applicants and gather required documentation to support loan applications, ensuring all loan agreements are complete, accurate, and compliant with credit union policies.
• Proactively cross-sell a wide range of credit union products, including consumer loan products and ancillary services.
• Meet or exceed established monthly sales goals for ancillary loan products.
• Open and maintain member accounts, including checking, certificates, money market accounts, IRAs, and CDs.
• Perform teller-related duties such as processing deposits, accepting loan payments, placing holds on checks, and assisting members with routine transactions.
• Deliver exceptional member service by identifying needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:15 PM; Saturday 8:45 AM–1:15 PM on site at the branch (one Saturday per month as needed)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• This individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.

Pay range for this position is $17.85 - $22.31 per hour. An incentive plan is also part of the compensation package.
