Member Service Representative (MSR)

Description

Member Service Representative position with ProMedica Federal Credit Union, where we provide kind, caring service and go above and beyond to meet our members' financial needs. While we share the ProMedica name, we are independent of the healthcare organization (their employees are our members). We are a full-service, multi-location Credit Union that offers a wide array of financial services to our members, and excellent benefits to our employees.

Schedule: In person, Full-time position Monday-Friday, day shifts (no weeknights or evenings)

Essential  Duties

• Establish positive relationships with our members and staff.
• Process member transactions.
• Examine documents for endorsement.
• Balance financials daily.
• Promote credit union products and services.
• Answer questions and solve problems.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries.

Requirements

·  High School diploma or general education degree (GED); 

· One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Previous knowledge of banking and financial systems a plus.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
