What You’ll Do

• Cover essential reception for members and inquiries


• Interact daily with our members, students, instructors and our team


• Assisting with general sailing school operations


• Supporting and working with the member's boat reservation system


• Working with, maintaining, and updating our databases


• Complete school and membership signups and registrations


• Help manage office supplies & upkeep


• Helping at times on the docks with the members and the boats

Some of What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

• You have professional written and verbal communication and good general office skills


• You thoroughly enjoy working with people and are service oriented


• You are prompt and attentive to people


• You are experienced with general computer systems and learn new software easily 


• You are self directed and goal oriented and able to work independently and develop solutions to problems when they arise


• You are available and able to work weekends
