Member Services Associate, Jim & Heather Gills Branch - Urgent Hiring

We are currently hiring for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to work at the YMCA Member Service Desk.

The candidate must be available during night shifts till 9.00pm and on weekends

Primary Responsibilities

• Professionally greets and engages members, guests and program participants, in person and by phone.
• Provides facility tours in an effort to promote and sell memberships and facilitate program enrollment.
• Performs data entry, files, accurately handles financial transactions, and processes various enrollments, cancellations, and other membership changes.
• Keeps all courtesy areas clean and organized, and assists members with special requests.
• Handles and resolves membership concerns.
• Builds relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA.

Candidate must possess a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 months customer service, sales or related experience. Position requires excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills and the ability to learn the YMCA Daxko software program quickly and efficiently.

Part-time schedule varies. Must be available nights and weekends. $15.50/hr with excellent benefits including facility usage, before and after school child care, retirement savings & insurance available upon meeting eligibility requirements. Clear criminal history and drug test required.
