Overview
Our client is seeking a passionate, service-oriented professional to join their team as a Member Services Representative at their Member Operations Center. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a knack for building relationships, and excels in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Member Services Representative, you will be the direct point of contact for members, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and stress-free. You will handle trip logistics, coordinate reservations, and anticipate customer needs, all while delivering an elevated level of service.
Your ability to solve problems efficiently, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships will directly impact on customer satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate daily flight activity to ensure seamless execution
Build relationships with members, listening and engaging to provide personalized service
Facilitate trip logistics, handling reservations, ground transportation, catering, and special requests
Manage member trip profiles, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
Solve issues proactively, providing clear and effective solutions to delays or scheduling challenges
Ensure a smooth transition between flight briefings and shift changes, maintaining accuracy across all service interactions
What You Bring to the Table
2–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a high-touch, fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to providing top-tier service
A proactive, solution-driven mindset, ready to anticipate and address member concerns
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or a related field (preferred but not required)
Prior experience in guest relations, airport operations, scheduling, or dispatch is a plus
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $61K–$93K, based on experience
