Member Services Representative

Our Member Services Representative will be responsible for providing a variety of paying and

receiving functions for our members in person, via phone, and through the mail. This includes

processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash

advances. This role performs a broad variety of member service functions, including answering

our member's questions regarding credit union products and services, and a variety of account

maintenance duties.

Our Member Service Representatives must be eager and enthusiastic at all times, as they are the

first faces our members see when entering the credit union.  If you model these traits, we would love for you to join our team!

Experience:

• Organizational skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Typing:1year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
