About the role
Plastin is expanding the Member Services department and we're seeking a customer service professional ready to help fix the broken health care system! The Member Services Representative will take incoming calls and emails from group contacts, members, medical providers, and affiliates to answer any questions they have related to the member’s eligibility & benefits. The MSRs are primarily responsible for educating members on how to maximize the use of their benefits. This position is full time and will work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. This position is in office and does not offer hybrid, or remote work opportunity.
