Summary:
You will be responsible for curating and executing a robust program of activities and events that engage and enrich the lives of our residents, members and guests. You will play a key role in creating a vibrant and dynamic resort atmosphere that people want to visit and join. Membership numbers are one of the measurements that will be used to measure your success
Main Responsibilities:
Program Development & Leadership
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive calendar of events and activities that cater to a wide range of interests and preferences, including but not limited to fitness, wellness, court sports, cultural events, pet events, themed events, social clubs and groups, and social gatherings
Guest Experience & Satisfaction
· Ensure that all activities and programming exceed the expectations of our luxury clientele, focusing on personalization and guest satisfaction.
· Anticipate guest needs, proactively respond to feedback, and resolve any issues to ensure a seamless experience.
· Maintain a high level of interaction with guests to build relationships and enhance their overall resort experience.
Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Building strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors to bring unique and engaging experiences to the community
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of all programs and events
- Stay informed about regional trends, seasonal activities, and new offerings to keep the resort’s programming fresh and exciting
- Partner with AANR and other AANR clubs to build a sense of community
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times. This may include giving tours, meeting with visitors and members
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our program offerings remain robust and relevant
- Working closely to promote community events and activities, and provide concierge-style assistance to residents, members and guests.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events and special occasions, from start to finish
- Administer the Resident’s Facebook page
Marketing & Promotion
- Actively seeking and incorporating feedback from members to continually improve and evolve the offerings
· Collaborate with the marketing team to promote activities and events through various resort channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.).
· Create compelling content that highlights the resort’s programming and helps attract new guests.
- Will be responsible for all social media presence, including but not limited to Facebook Instagram, Twitter and other marketing opportunities to promote us as a destination for nude tourism.
- Explore creative ways to draw new visitors and members to LCCI whether it is running specials, membership drives, etc. advertising, and other PR opportunities.
Ideal Qualifications:
- A proven track record of successfully planning and executing events and activities
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners
- A positive, flexible, and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field
- A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and enriching the lives of others
- High level of energy and initiative are essential attribute for success in this role.
