Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Membership Counselor located in Los Gatos, CA at Power4 Pilates. We're looking for an individual who is energized by people and passionate about wellness. The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with members, providing excellent customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, supporting sales efforts, and coordinating events to enhance the member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Operations

• Greet members and guests warmly


• Follow opening and closing procedures


• Handle scheduling, invoices, and member account questions


• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment


• Respond to member emails, texts, and escalated concerns


• Attend weekly 1-on-1 check-ins with the AGM

Sales & Membership Support

• Schedule and follow up with first-time guests


• Present membership and private session options


• Write new membership agreements


• Assist with upgrades, downgrades, and renewals


• Answer inquiries related to memberships via phone, email, and text

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in communication and Customer Service skills


• 1+ years of sales and Event Management skills


• A bachelor's in management or a sales field is preferred but not required


• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


• Previous experience in a customer-facing role


• Knowledge of the fitness or wellness industry is a plus


• Proficiency in basic computer and web-based tools


• Experience with CRM and communication software (Club Ready is a Plus)


• Comfortable troubleshooting and navigating studio software
