Anytime Fitness is looking for a motivated Membership Sales professional to join our team!

At Anytime Fitness, we’re not just selling gym memberships. We’re helping people change their lives. Our Membership Sales team is the first step in helping prospective members find the right fitness solution and become part of our community.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Total: 30 hours per week

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• 
  

  Connect with prospective members through leads, calls, texts, and in-person conversations

  
  


• 
  

  Give engaging tours of the club and showcase our fitness experience

  
  


• 
  

  Build relationships and uncover each prospect's goals and needs

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up consistently with leads and prospects

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule appointments and fitness consultations

  
  


• 
  

  Convert prospects into new members

  
  


• 
  

  Help new members get started with a plan for success

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in team sales meetings, training, and goal-setting

  
  


• 
  

  Create an exceptional experience from the first conversation through membership

Previous fitness industry experience is helpful, but it's not required. If you have strong sales skills, a great attitude, and the desire to succeed, we'll teach you the fitness side of the business.
