Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our trade association as a Coordinator for PAC and Member Services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our Senior Vice President of Member Advocacy and Vice President of Membership and Database Services. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing a $2 million/election cycle PAC budget, managing PAC receipts, and facilitating PAC contributions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a keen ability to collaborate across departments, particularly with our Government Affairs and Membership teams.
Responsibilities:
WSWA-PAC Administration:
- Manage all aspects of WSWA-PAC finances, including receipt management, disbursements, and budgeting.
- Utilize our Cision database for PAC administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with FEC regulations.
- Facilitate PAC contribution processes, including campaign donations and reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports to support WSWA's membership and government affairs initiatives.
- Collaborate with the advocacy team on PAC solicitations with member companies.
Member Advocacy Administration:
- Assist the SVP and VP in managing the annual membership renewal process and new member onboarding.
- Coordinate membership communications, including mailings, email campaigns, and database updates.
- Serve as a liaison between the Member Advocacy department and other WSWA divisions.
- Support the planning and execution of events such as the Women's Leadership Council and Women in Leadership Executive Education Program.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
CRM Database Administration:
- Aid the VP of Membership & Data Services in CRM database management, report generation, and invoicing.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in association, fundraising or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the capacity to work independently.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with PAC administration, VOCUS/Cision databases, FEC reporting, and CRM systems preferred.
