Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Solutions by Kintura is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activities Assistant to join our Memory Care Center team in Greensboro!

This is a rewarding opportunity to help enrich the lives of older adults living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia through fun, engaging activities and meaningful daily interactions.

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Assist with planning and leading engaging daily activities, including games, music, crafts, and group programs

  
  


• 
  

  Encourage social interaction, creativity, and cognitive stimulation

  
  


• 
  

  Provide meaningful one-on-one engagement with participants

  
  


• 
  

  Adapt activities to meet individual interests and abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Help create a welcoming, fun, and supportive environment

  
  


• 
  

  Organize activity supplies and maintain clean, inviting program spaces

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with meals and light housekeeping as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Build positive relationships with participants, families, and team members

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the team to develop new and creative activity ideas

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Previous experience leading activities for older adults preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Creative, outgoing, patient, and compassionate personality

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Ability to engage individuals and groups in meaningful activities
