We are seeking a dedicated Memory Care Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in implementing and practicing our person-centric philosophy within the Memory Care Program. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall Memory Care Program

- Supervise, train, and coach memory care staff to ensure high-quality care

- Foster a supportive and engaging environment for residents

- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to enhance resident care

- Implement best practices in dementia care and ensure compliance with regulations

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Minimum of one year of management experience in dementia care

- Minimum of one year of supervisory and management experience

- Knowledge of memory care best practices and regulations

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
