Job Summary:

Grand Villa of Deland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Director to lead our Memory Care Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving seniors, particularly those with dementia, and will be committed to making a positive impact in their lives. This role involves providing overall leadership and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, develop, and lead the operations of the Memory Care Department.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Grand Villa's standards and guidelines.

- Develop and implement programs and activities that enhance the quality of life for residents.

- Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality care to residents.

- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make necessary adjustments.

- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in memory care.
