Job Description:

Grand Villa Senior Living of Palm Bay is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Nurse Manager to lead our Memory Care Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional care to residents with memory-related conditions. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care Department, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.

- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' health and well-being.

- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida.

- Previous experience in memory care or geriatric nursing preferred.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
