Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging memory care activities that enhance daily living
• Plan and run meaningful programs that inspire joy in memory support residents.
• Welcome and assist new residents and their families; provide orientation to Memory Support household.
• Monitor and maintain Montessori self-initiated engagement areas.
• Document resident participation in group activities and provide metrics for review during care plan meetings.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Human Services with emphasis in Geriatrics
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• Knowledge of Community Residential Care Facility (CRCF) regulations
• Three years of experience in providing care for a person with dementia
• CPR Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
