Job Summary

We are seeking a Mental Health Aide to join our team! As a Mental Health Aide, you will assist our clients with meeting their goals to keep living independently, and housing stabilization. The ideal candidate is compassionate, works well within a team environment, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with housing sustainable, vocational rehabilitation services, and ARMHS

Assist with helping clients with basic skill functions to take care of themselves

Maintain a good relationship with clients and other staff

Keeping appointments with clients to maintain the accountability some clients count on

Maintain excellent records of client interactions, and report anything concerning immediately

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

The ability to work well within a team environment

Positive, compassionate attitude helpful

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
