Position Summary
Using an ecological relational, and family systems approach, strengths-based perspective, and incorporating a stages of change model, this position provides therapeutic services to residents and participants who have been directly affected by domestic violence.
The dually licensed Mental Health and Wellness Therapist is responsible for counseling and case management services to residents and program participants of Women’s Advocates. Strong emphasis is placed on engaging participants and delivery of clinical services through multidisciplinary teamwork and coordination. These services include outreach, needs assessment, planning and resource identification, service linkages, monitoring and ongoing assessment, and client advocacy. Women’s Advocates applies harm reduction, trauma informed, and culturally responsive approaches to service delivery.
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000
