What You'll Do

You’ll serve in one of our community-driven departments:

• Family-Based Mental Health Services – providing in-home therapy using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model
   
• Community School-Based Behavioral Health (CSBBH) – supporting students’ emotional well-being directly in schools and surrounding communities
   

In both settings, you’ll:

• Deliver strength-based, trauma-informed care
   
• Work alongside experienced clinicians who mentor and support you
   
• Participate in regular team supervision, consultation, and training
