What You'll Do
You’ll serve in one of our community-driven departments:
Family-Based Mental Health Services – providing in-home therapy using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model
Community School-Based Behavioral Health (CSBBH) – supporting students’ emotional well-being directly in schools and surrounding communities
In both settings, you’ll:
Deliver strength-based, trauma-informed care
Work alongside experienced clinicians who mentor and support you
Participate in regular team supervision, consultation, and training

Who You Are
Currently enrolled in a graduate program in psychology, social work, counseling, or human services
Passionate about mental health, family systems, and making a lasting impact
Eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in a supportive, real-world setting
