Location: 10999 Narcoossee Road, Orlando, FL 32832
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm. May vary to accommodate the night shift
Responsibilities:
Serve as a consultant and educator on psycho-social aspects of mental health relevant to healthcare workers
Provide brief supportive clinical interventions and resource navigation during mental health rounding
Deliver immediate crisis intervention during or after critical incidents
Lead or participate in Whole Person Care Conferences and moral injury debriefings
Facilitate live and virtual group sessions for team member support
Ensure safety for individuals presenting at risk of harm to self or others
Provide grief support to team members and leaders
Maintain community resource networks and collaborate with leadership regarding psycho-social factors affecting employment and well-being
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in required trainings and meetings
Performs other duties as assigned

Education:
• Master's [Required]
Field of Study:
• in Counseling or Social Work
Work Experience:
• 2+ experience in clinical mental health counseling or social work [Required]
• Experience in acute care hospital [Preferred]
• Experience in providing clinical coaching and support [Preferred]
• Experience working with substance use and mental health disorders [Preferred]

$54,230.45 - $100,875.88Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
