Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and/or medical evaluations
• Provide medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians to ensure integrated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
• Educate clients on treatment options, wellness strategies, and medication plans
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, mission-driven culture

Requirements

✅ Education & Licensure

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
• Current Ohio APRN-CNP license in good standing
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Board certification through ANCC or AANP (PMHNP strongly preferred)

✅ Experience & Competencies

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (behavioral health or family practice preferred)
• Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common psychiatric conditions
• Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

✅ Preferred

• PMHNP certification
• Experience in outpatient or private practice settings
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth
