About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. As a Community Mental Health Clinic, our goal is to increase access and improve the quality of behavioral health services.

We are currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Peer Support to act as a mentor and guide to individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges with insight gained from their own personal journey. They’ll model and promote positive health and wellness activities, including self-management and coping skills.

Salary Range

$15.00-$20.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required
• Must have one continuous year as current or former recipient of mental health treatment
• Must hold an active Peer Support Specialist certification OR be eligible to obtain one
• Travel is a requirement of this position, so a valid driver’s license is required
