Description

• Daily Living Support: Assist with cooking, cleaning, transportation, and appointments
• Skill Development: Help individuals work toward their personalized goals in areas like budgeting, meal planning, and communication
• Case Management: Collaborate with clinical teams on symptom management, goal tracking, and creating recreational opportunities
• Community Engagement: Encourage participation in activities like movies, shopping, crafts, fitness, and outings in the community—bring your creativity!
• Promote Independence: Provide hands-on training and coaching in real-life situations to foster self-reliance in integrated settings
• Mental Health Support: Help individuals develop healthy routines, manage emotional wellness, and build coping skills through consistent encouragement and structure

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle are a must!
• No prior experience needed—we provide training!
