What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled mental health therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children and families build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships. You will play a crucial role in connecting families with community resources to improve their lives.

Qualifications: Master's level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure (LMSW/ LSCSW, LPC/ LCPC, LMFT, LMP/ LP, etc.). Preferred additional credential for addictions (LAC).

Responsibilities: Work directly with children and adolescents, and their families, in our residential treatment program. Provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. Assist clients in learning skills to maintain stability and permanency in the home.
