Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and unrestricted therapy license

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Compensation: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

BTBH offers an array of treatment options for mental health and substance use disorders for children, adolescents, adults, and families, including mental health and substance use PHP, Individual, Family, and Group Counseling, Mental Health IOP, Substance Abuse IOP and OP services among other services. We are determined to provide quality services geared towards the prevention, early intervention, treatment, and recovery of those dealing with mental health and substance use disorders; in order to begin a supportive reintroduction to their families and communities.
